What is cbd?

 CBD, or cannabidiol, is a chemical compound from the cannabinoid family that naturally occurs in the marijuana plant. It is one of the, over 100, cannabinoids identified by scientists.   CBD (and THC) work by interacting with our body's endocannabinoid system,  a regulatory system made up of naturally occurring cannabis-like  molecules. These endocannabinoids work like  neurotransmitters, sending messages through the body to help maintain a homeostasis like balance.

The passing of the "Hemp Farming Act of 2018" CBD and Hemp base products became federal legal.

For 95% over people, NO.  CBD will not get your high. 

However there are the small percentage of people that have said to feel "altered" when consuming CBD.  They are typically people with very low tolerance to over the counter medicines such as Ibuprofen.

Adding the CBD to coffee eleminates those negative side effects that many people experience with coffee or excessive caffeine stimulation.  Out customers have said that our coffee eliminates the nausea, speeding feeling, shakes, heart palpitations, and other issues many people experience.

Our beans are still fully caffeinated.  The only difference is your get a CBD boost with every sip.

We do use a " Full Spectrum CBD" in which in contains a small amount of THC, however it is below the .03 legal limit.  Is it possible to fail a drug test; yes.  However, it is very unlikely.  We have had pilots, military personnel, and public service officials consume are coffee with no legal issues.
